These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website genixclean.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any products from Genix Clean ("Genix Clean", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Definitions
"Customer", "you" or "your" means any person who accesses the Site or places an order. "Products" means the car-care goods we offer for sale. "Order" means your request to purchase Products through the Site.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.
4. Account registration
You may need to create an account to place orders. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@genixclean.com of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
5. Products
We take care to describe and picture our Products accurately, but colours, packaging, and presentation may vary slightly from images on screen. Products are subject to availability and we may change or discontinue any Product at any time. Any Product described as a "bundle", "kit", or "best seller" is offered subject to stock.
6. Pricing
All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) unless stated otherwise and include applicable UK VAT where relevant. Prices for international orders may exclude local taxes, duties, and import charges, which are your responsibility (see Section 9). We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Compare-at / "was" prices refer to a previous selling price; promotional prices apply only for the stated period.
7. Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. After ordering you will receive an acknowledgement email — this confirms we have received your order but does not mean we have accepted it. A binding contract is formed only when we send an email confirming dispatch of the Products. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken if we do.
8. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We do not store full card details. If a Product's price was listed incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after dispatch confirmation, where the error was obvious and could reasonably have been recognised.
9. Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees. Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery. For international orders, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or charges levied by the destination country; we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
10. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
UK / EU consumers: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you are a consumer you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Products, without giving a reason, and return them within 14 days of cancellation. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. We will refund the price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned Products (or proof of return). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items: If a Product is defective, damaged, or not as described, contact support@genixclean.com within [e.g. 30] days of delivery. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your legal rights.
Exclusions: Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons once opened. This does not affect your rights for faulty goods. To start a return, email support@genixclean.com with your order number.
11. Marketing communications (email & SMS)
If you opt in, we may send you marketing by email and/or SMS about similar products and offers. You can withdraw consent at any time — unsubscribe via the link in any email, or reply STOP to any marketing SMS. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law (including the UK GDPR and PECR). Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS.
12. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, logos, the "Genix Clean" brand, graphics, images, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to introduce malicious code, to attempt unauthorised access, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the Site's operation. We may restrict or terminate access for breach.
14. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and including a link does not imply endorsement.
15. Disclaimers
The Site and Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. Product care and usage instructions are guidance only; always follow the directions supplied and test on a small area first. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, loss of profit, or damage to vehicles arising from misuse of Products contrary to instructions. Our total liability for any claim relating to an Order will not exceed the amount you paid for that Order. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Products.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Site at the time you place an order. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may benefit from mandatory protections of your country of residence.
